You’ve seen LG’s LTE phones – the LG Spectrum and LG Nitro HD, here’s the company’s first LTE tablet, the Optimus Pad LTE. Using the same True HD IPS display as the phones introduced in the recent CES, the 8.9” Optimus Pad is the world’s first tablet to support an SD memory card expandable up to 32GB.
It is equipped with not only a 1280 x 720 True HD IPS display, but also a 8MP rear camera that allows you to record high definition videos and enjoy them on the super high quality display that is touted to be even better than Super AMOLED screens. Spec wise, the Optimus Pad LTE is powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android Honeycomb. LG did not mention whether the tablet will get an ICS update but I sure hope it does. The tablet is scheduled to arrive to the South Korean market first. (Source: Engadget) Link : LG Introduces the Optimus Pad LTE, The Company’s First LTE Tablet | |
