Finally, it’s Celcom’s turn to join the Samsung Galaxy S III price drop; last week, right after the announcement of the Galaxy S IV, we reported that the retail price of the Galaxy S III has been dropped from RM1,999 to RM1,699. Maxis was the first to lower its phone bundle packages for the device and now, it’s Celcom’s turn that can get you the device from as low as RM888 RM1,088 (we can’t seem to find the RM888 package as written by Celcom). Available with Celcom First plans, all you need to do is sign up for a 12- or 18-months contract to enjoy a subsidy from Celcom. According to the telco’s website, you can purchase it online but at the time of writing, the Galaxy S III is not available at Celcom Blue Cube webpage yet.
