Along with the 3 new Nexus devices announced a few days ago, Google also introduced a new flavor of Jelly Bean, the Android 4.2. Previously rumored to take on a new name – Key Lime Pie – Google has decided to stick with the Jelly Bean and introduced improvements and new features including a revamped camera experience, a new form of typing that takes messaging to a whole new level, and much more.

Camera

Google has redefined taking panorama pictures, with Android 4.2, you can capture a 360-degree panorama directly from your camera app and once you’re done, you can even upload and share them to the world via Google Maps and Google+. Sharing on the Big Screen

Here’s something that could come in really handy, Android 4.2 now allows you to wirelessly share your displays whether on the big or the small screen. Just connect a wireless display adapter to any HDMI-enabled TV and you can mirror whatever you’re watching on your mobile devices quickly and easily.

One Tablet, Many Users

Android 4.2 also comes with support for multiple users, giving each person their own space. Everyone can have their own homescreen, background, widgets, apps and games, all they have to do is snap to switch between users; you don’t even have to log in or out. The feature is available only on tablets.

Google Now

Google also updated Google Now so on top of being able to receive information even before you ask for it like today’s weather, when is the next train coming, the latest version will show you popular photo spots nearby, track packages easily get information about upcoming movies, and more.
