First announced in IFA 2012 alongside the hugely popular Galaxy Note II, the Samsung Galaxy Camera is about to arrive in Malaysia very soon. Well, this is actually a well-known fact – thanks to Samsung Malaysia’s own teaser on their official Facebook but nevertheless, the actual confirmation of the camera’s release in Malaysia is finally here as just moments ago, we have received an invite to the launch event which will take place on next Wednesday, November 28.

In case you are not familiar with the Samsung Galaxy Camera, it is basically a digital point and shoot camera that runs on Android. Spotting the Jelly Bean (4.1) version of the mobile operating system, the camera is powered by a 1.4GHz Samsung Exynos quad-core processor and is equipped with 16-megapixels CMOS sensor that is paired together with a 21x zoom lens.

Furthermore, the Samsung Galaxy Camera also comes with a 4.3-inch touch display that boasts a resolution of 1280×720 and pixel density of 308ppi. It also supports LTE and 3G cellular data connectivity (you can’t make phone calls with it though) as well as Wi-Fi.

Obviously, more information should be revealed at its launch next week.
